Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 184:95

The commissioner, with the consent of the milk sanitation board, may conduct a milk sanitation rating of both producers and milk plants located within the state in order to evaluate the sanitary quality of milk and other dairy products produced and processed within the state. Said rating shall be conducted on such forms and in such a manner and with such personnel as approved by the commissioner and the milk sanitation board. The values obtained shall be considered official and shall indicate the overall degree of compliance with the sanitary requirements set forth in this subdivision and regulations promulgated hereunder. The commissioner, with the consent of the milk sanitation board, may at any time conduct an enforcement rating, utilizing such forms and conducted in such a manner and with such personnel as approved by the commissioner with the consent of the milk sanitation board as to determine whether an enforcement agency is carrying out the provisions of this subdivision and those regulations promulgated hereunder.
