I. Any special district organized under a special act of the legislature may, by a majority vote of the qualified voters present and voting at a legal meeting, dissolve its corporate existence and unite with the town district.
II. Any special district or pre-existing special district may vote by warrant article presented at the annual meeting of the school district of which the special district is a part. Only legally registered voters within the boundaries of the special district may vote on the warrant article. Such warrant articles shall be placed on school district warrants in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 197:6.
