A person who violates:
I. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 208:1, 1-b, 1-d, 7, I and II, and 8 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
II. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 208:3, 3-a, 3-b, 3-c, 4, 5, 5-a, 6-a, 7, III, 10, and 12-16 inclusive, shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
III. [Repealed.]
IV. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 208:11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each deer or moose or part thereof bought, sold, offered or exposed for sale if a natural person or guilty of a felony if any other person.
V. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 208:1-a or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 208:2 shall be guilty of a violation, unless the person is guilty of taking deer or moose during the closed season or exceeding the bag limit, then the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
