- Director: means the director of the division of forests and lands, department of natural and cultural resources, also known as the state forester. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 227-G:2
Two weeks prior to removal or destruction of any currant or gooseberry bushes within any town by the director or the director’s authorized agents, a written notice shall be given by the director to the selectmen of the town stating the date when, and the location where, operations for such removal or destruction will begin.
