- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
If any cut brush has been left within the limits of any public highway for a longer period than 30 days the director, division of forests and lands, department of natural and cultural resources, may complete the removal or disposal of such brush and assess the costs thereof against the party authorizing or causing such nuisance. If the said costs are not paid within a reasonable time they may be recovered in an action brought by the attorney general upon complaint of the director.
