Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 277:22
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
For the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter the commissioner shall have power to administer oaths, certify to official acts, issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of papers, books, accounts, documents and testimony.
