Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:10

Commissioner: means the labor commissioner appointed as provided in RSA 273. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2

Revocation of coverage under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 281-A:3 by termination of workers’ compensation insurance shall be effective 30 days after the filing of a termination notice with the commissioner.
