I. Any corporation or limited liability company may elect to exclude up to 3 executive officers or members from the compulsive coverage requirements under this chapter.
II. The commissioner shall adopt rules under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A relative to the filing of such an exclusion.
III. No exclusion shall be valid unless properly filed with the commissioner.
IV. Those executive officers and limited liability company members who elect to be excluded shall not be considered uninsured employees of a subcontractor under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 281-A:18.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:18-a
- Commissioner: means the labor commissioner appointed as provided in RSA 273. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Subcontractor: means a person who contracts with a contractor to perform the work described in paragraph III. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2
