Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 287-C:4
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
In order to further carry out the provisions of this chapter, this state shall henceforth be exempt from the provisions of 15 U.S.C. § 1172, as permitted under the terms of said federal law.
