- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
No action or other legal proceedings for damages shall be instituted against the board or any member or employee of the board for any act done in good faith or for any neglect or default in the performance or exercise in good faith of any such duty or power.
