Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:26
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to restrain violations of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 310-A:25 on proceedings brought by the attorney general, the board or any society of licensed professional engineers duly incorporated under the laws of this state.
