Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:69-a

  • Business organization: means any enterprise, whether corporation, partnership, limited liability company, proprietorship, association, business trust, real estate trust, or other form of organization; organized for gain or profit, carrying on any business activity within the state. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 310-A:99
No business organization shall be relieved of responsibility for the conduct or acts of its agents, employees, officers, owners or partners by reason of its compliance with the provisions of this subdivision, nor shall any individual practicing land surveying be relieved of responsibility for land surveying services performed by reason of that individual’s employment by or relationship with such business organization.
