The office of professional licensure and certification shall receive and expend funds provided such funds are received and expended for the pursuit of the objectives authorized by this chapter. Fees collected shall be deposited in the office of professional licensure and certification fund. Fines and administrative charges, including those related to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 326-B:26, shall be deposited in the general fund.
