Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 356-A:15
- Person: means a natural person, corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other entity capable of holding title to real property, or any combination thereof;

Any person who wilfully violates any provision of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 356-A or of a rule adopted under it or any person who wilfully, in an application for registration, makes any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact shall be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
