Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 358-G:3

Any violation of this chapter is an unfair or deceptive act or practice within the meaning of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:2, provided that, notwithstanding N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:6, any person who violates N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-G:2, II shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor if a natural person or a felony if any other person. Any right or remedy set forth in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 358-A may be used to enforce this chapter.
