Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 358-J:6

Member: or "membership" means a status by which any natural person is entitled to any of the benefits of a club. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 358-J:1

Any waiver by the member of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed contrary to public policy and shall be void and unenforceable.
