Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 366:4

  • commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any contract or arrangement not filed with the department of energy pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 366:3 shall be unenforceable in any court in this state and payments thereunder may be disallowed by the department unless the later filing thereof is approved in writing by the department. The commission shall disallow payment if recommended by the department.
