Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 383-A:3-309

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Within 90 days after the grant of the charter, the organizer shall file with the secretary of state the executed organizational instrument bearing the commissioner’s endorsement. The secretary of state, upon payment of a fee equal to the fee charged by the secretary of state to business corporations under the Corporation Act if the state bank is organized as a corporation or the fee charged to limited liability companies under the LLC Act if the state bank is organized as a limited liability company, shall cause the charter to be recorded.
