- Revolving credit: A credit agreement (typically a credit card) that allows a customer to borrow against a preapproved credit line when purchasing goods and services. The borrower is only billed for the amount that is actually borrowed plus any interest due. (Also called a charge account or open-end credit.) Source: OCC

Extensions of credit and other transactions conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be subject where applicable to the provisions of RSA 399-B. Any other law of this state limiting the rate or amount of interest, discount, points, finance charges, service charges or other charges which may be charged, taken, collected, received or reserved, or providing for enforcement action or remedies shall not apply to extensions of credit under a revolving credit plan operated in accordance with this chapter.
