- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The commissioner in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-C:11-13 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
