- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
This chapter shall apply to licensed insurers, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-G:1, V, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state having in effect a substantially similar law. All provisions of RSA 401-B, to the extent they are not superseded by this chapter, shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to the chapter.
