There is created a nonprofit unincorporated legal entity to be known as the New Hampshire Insurance Guaranty Association, that shall be the same association created under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 404-B:6. All insurers defined as member insurers in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 404-H:5, XI shall be and remain members of the association as a condition of their authority to transact insurance in this state. The association shall perform its functions under a plan of operation established and approved under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 404-H:9 and shall exercise its powers through a board of directors established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 404-H:7. For purposes of administration and assessment, the association shall be divided into 3 separate accounts:
I. The workers’ compensation insurance account;

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 404-H:6

  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
