Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 406-C:13
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any financial institution which solicits or sells insurance products pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 383-B:3-301(d) and this chapter shall be subject to all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the federal anti-tying provisions of 12 U.S.C. § 1972.
