Notaries public shall be entitled to a fee of up to $10 for each oath, witness, service, or certification with the following exceptions:
I. For services related to the taking of depositions, the notary public shall be entitled to the same fees as justices are entitled to receive pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 517:19.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 455:11

  • following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13

II. No fees shall be allowed for administering and certifying oaths of office of town officers.
III. For performing notarial acts for a remotely located individual under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 456-B:6-a, a notary public shall be entitled to a fee of $25 per act.
