I. Probate court fees as established by the supreme court under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 490:26-a shall be paid to the clerk of the applicable circuit court established in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 490-F for the benefit of the state.
II. The sum of $5 shall be added to each entry fee collected in the probate courts and shall be deposited in the mediation and arbitration fund established under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 490-E:4.
