- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
The court may issue writs of execution scire facias, and other proper process, upon judgments, records, and files of any court or justice required to be kept by the clerk of the court as records of his office, and may amend the same in like manner as if they had been originally records and files of the superior court.
