Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, the superintendent is authorized to establish and operate a post exchange at the State Police academy.

- Post exchange: means a particular area located at the State Police academy where certain limited items are offered for sale. See West Virginia Code 15-2E-1
- State: when applied to a part of the United States and not restricted by the context, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" also include the said district and territories. See West Virginia Code 2-2-10
- Superintendent: means the superintendent of State Police as established in section two, article two of this chapter. See West Virginia Code 15-2E-1
