Terms Used In West Virginia Code 29A-3B-1
- Board: means the West Virginia Board of Education. See West Virginia Code 29A-3B-1
- Commission: means the Legislative Oversight commission on education accountability created in section eleven, article three-a of this chapter. See West Virginia Code 29A-3B-1
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
(a) "Commission" means the Legislative Oversight commission on education accountability created in section eleven, article three-a of this chapter.
(b) "Board" means the West Virginia Board of Education.
