- Appraisal: A determination of property value.
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- Oath: shall include affirmation where by law an affirmation may be substituted. See
- Personal estate: shall include all property other than real estate. See
- Rescission: The cancellation of budget authority previously provided by Congress. The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 specifies that the President may propose to Congress that funds be rescinded.
