§ 176. Rulemaking
The Commissioner shall adopt rules pursuant to 3 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 25 to implement this chapter, including rules to govern the operation of the registry, data reported to the registry, and data release protocols. (Added 2021, No. 149 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 1, 2023.)
