§ 8110. Prosecution of claims

Claims due and unpaid under this part of this title shall be prosecuted and collected in the name of the State. A State’s Attorney or the Attorney General, when requested by the Commissioner, shall appear for and in behalf of the State in the prosecution of the claims. (Added 1967, No. 305 (Adj.
