Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 26 Sec. 3362

  • Occupational therapist: means a person who is licensed to practice occupational therapy under this chapter. See
  • Occupational therapy assistant: means a person who is licensed to assist in the practice of occupational therapy under the supervision of an occupational therapist. See

§ 3362. Professional designation

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the use and incorporation into the title of an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant of a professional designation organization. (Added 1993, No. 102, § 1.)
