- Clean water project: means a best management practice or other program designed to improve water quality to achieve a target established under section 922 of this title that:
- Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See
§ 929. Clean water project technical assistance
The Secretary shall provide technical assistance upon the request of any person who, under this chapter, receives a grant or is a subgrantee of funds to implement a clean water project. (Added 2019, No. 76, § 1.)
