Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 14 Sec. 2692

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.

§ 2692. Extent of guardian‘s control

Until they are legally discharged, guardians of spendthrifts shall have the possession and management of the estates of their wards. (Amended 1979, No. 76, § 19.)
