§ 4773. Designation of lead State agency
The Department of Health shall serve as the lead State agency and single point of contact for submitting requests for funding to the national settlement fund administrator. Approved requests shall be disbursed to the Department for deposit into the Opioid Abatement Special Fund established in section 4774 of this subchapter. (Added 2021, No. 118 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff.
