Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 448. Duty of person having control of child

A person having control of a child shall not allow the child to be employed contrary to a provision of this subchapter. (Amended 2001, No. 68, § 12.)
