- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
§ 107. Bylaws
They may make bylaws for the management of such corporation and library. The bylaws shall set forth the officers of the corporation and define and prescribe their respective duties.
