Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 27 Sec. 1320

  • Apartment: means a part of the property intended for any type of independent use, including commercial uses. See
  • Site: means the spatial location occupied or to be occupied by a mobile home, including all utilities and amenities appurtenant to the location such as piping, wiring, plants, platforms or supports, lights, walls, and other improvements but not including the land on which the site is located. See

§ 1320. Books of receipts and expenditures; availability for examination

The manager or board of directors, as the case may be, shall keep or see to keeping of detailed, accurate records in chronological order, of the receipts and expenditures affecting the common areas and facilities, specifying and itemizing the maintenance and repair expenses of the common areas and facilities and any other expenses incurred. Those records and the vouchers authorizing the payments shall be available for examination by the apartment or site owners at convenient hours of week days. (Added 1967, No. 228 (Adj.
