- facility: means any building, enclosure, space, or structure of or supported by the Department and used for the confinement of persons committed to the custody of the Commissioner, or for any other matter related to such confinement. See
- seal: shall include an impression of the official seal made upon paper alone or by means of a wafer or wax affixed thereto. See
§ 452. Official seal; records
(a) The Board shall adopt an official seal of which the courts shall take judicial notice.
(b) The Board shall keep a record of its acts and shall notify each correctional facility of its decisions relating to persons confined in that facility.
