Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 32 Sec. 461

  • State: means the State of Vermont; a county, a municipality, or other subdivision thereof; commission, board, department, or agency thereof; or any other governmental entity authorized or created by State law, including public corporations and authorities. See

§ 461. Disbursements on Commissioner’s warrants

The Treasurer shall not disburse monies from the State Treasury except upon warrants issued by the Commissioner of Finance and Management, unless otherwise provided. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj.
