Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 32 Sec. 467

  • State: means the State of Vermont; a county, a municipality, or other subdivision thereof; commission, board, department, or agency thereof; or any other governmental entity authorized or created by State law, including public corporations and authorities. See

§ 467. Accounts with Superior Court clerks

The Commissioner of Finance and Management shall issue a warrant in favor of each Superior Court clerk when the clerk requires money for election or court expenses, and the State Treasurer shall charge the same to the clerk. The clerk shall be credited for monies properly disbursed by him or her, and the balance shall be paid by the clerk into the Treasury. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 8; 1983, No. 195 (Adj.
