Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 106
- Automobile: means a motor vehicle designed for the conveyance of passengers that has a seating capacity of not more than 15 persons, including the operator. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101
- Motor vehicle: means a self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively on railroad tracks, but does not include:
All state, county and local law enforcement officers and all motor vehicle detectives appointed by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 152, subsection 2 shall expeditiously enforce the provisions of chapter 9; section 1612; Title 10, chapter 217; and Title 30?A, chapter 183, subchapter 1 as it relates to automobile graveyards.
