Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 37-B Sec. 949-B
- Emergency: means an event or condition that is an actual or imminent civil emergency or disaster or an actual or threatened epidemic or public health threat that is the subject of an emergency proclamation pursuant to section 742 or an emergency declaration pursuant to Title 22, section 802.
