Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 7211
- Municipal officers: means the mayor and municipal officers or councilors of a city, the members of the select board or councilors of a town and the assessors of a plantation. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
If the municipal officers refuse to call any municipal meeting required by this chapter, a meeting may be called as provided in section 2521, subsection 4. [PL 1989, c. 216, §2 (NEW).]
