- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The filing fee for the articles of incorporation filed under section 43 is the same as for a corporation filing articles of incorporation under Title 13-C. [PL 2009, c. 56, §4 (AMD).]
