1. Motorcycle. A motorcycle or a parking control vehicle is $21; and

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 515
- Moped: means a motorized device designed to travel with only 2 or 3 10-inch or larger diameter wheels in contact with the ground and that:

See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101 Parking control vehicle: means a 3-wheel vehicle of 25 horsepower or less that has a metal roof and is operated by a law enforcement officer or a parking control officer to control parking and traffic. 2. Moped. A moped is $9.
