Subd. 2.SNAP reporting requirements.
The commissioner of human services shall implement simplified reporting as permitted under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended, and the SNAP regulations in Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 273. SNAP benefit recipient households required to report periodically shall not be required to report more often than one time every six months.
