Terms Used In Montana Code > Title 37 > Chapter 49 > Part 1 - General
- Department: means the department of labor and industry provided for in 2-15-1701. See Montana Code 37-49-102
- Genetic counseling: means the provision of the services specified under 37-49-103 by an individual who qualifies for a license under this chapter. See Montana Code 37-49-102
- Genetic counselor: means an individual licensed in accordance with 37-49-202 to engage in the competent practice of genetic counseling. See Montana Code 37-49-102
- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
