15-8-502. Representative status to be designated. When a person is assessed as agent, trustee, bailee, guardian, executor, or administrator, the person’s representative designation must be added to the person’s name and the assessment entered on a separate line from the person’s individual assessment.
Terms Used In Montana Code 15-8-502
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
