Terms Used In Montana Code 27-1-515
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
(1)the abduction of a parent from a child;
(2)the abduction or enticement of a wife from the wife’s husband or a husband from the husband’s wife, of a child from a parent or from a guardian entitled to the child’s custody, or of a servant from a master.
